As Data Supervisor; we use the business name Erkunt Tractor Industries, Inc. domiciled at Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Batı Hun Cad. No:2, Sincan 06930, ANKARA and operate as registered to Ankara Trade Register under registration number: 363 017 80 28.

2.    Procession of Personal Data:
Any Personal Data is processed in accordance with the principles set forth at articles 4 and 5 of KVKK. Personal data may be processed for customizing and recommending products and services offered by the Company according to needs, likes and usage habits of relevant people for the purpose of establishing commerce and business strategies of the Company.

The rights of Personal Data Owners held as per article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:

Learning whether his personal data are processed,
If his personal data are processed, requesting information concerning this,
Learning purpose of processing personal data and whether these are used fit for their intended purpose,
Knowing third parties at home or abroad to whom personal data are transferred,
Asking correction of personal data if they are processed incomplete or erroneously and asking notification of act performed in this scope of third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
Asking removal or elimination of personal data if reasons requiring processing such data disappear regardless of procession in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable law provisions and asking notification of act performed in this scope of third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
Disputing emergence of a result against the person by analyzing such processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Demanding rectification of loss in case of incurring loss because of unlawfully processing personal data.
